Sparrow Hills Palace is a 16th-century estate in Greater Poland's rolling countryside — fifty acres of grounds, a private lake, and a house that has been restored to something between a noble residence and a private world of your own. Seven nights, exclusively yours, for up to eighteen guests, with a full-time team in place: butler, private chef, two housekeepers, and 24-hour security. The estate's facilities include a heated 25-metre outdoor pool, a private spa with Finnish sauna, ice bath and heated stone table, a cinema room, piano room, and library. A private beach on the lake, five minutes away. Daily breakfast, three-course lunches, and dinners prepared by the culinary team. Activities on the estate — yoga and meditation on the terrace, guided forest walks and cycling, paddleboarding on the lake, falconry, and horseback riding — vary by day. A guided trip to Poznań's Old Market Square and royal castle can be arranged. Evenings might be candlelit in the Grand Hall, alfresco in the gardens, or by the fire.
